When you purchase our Remote support bundle you gain access to using TeamViewer which is one of the ways we support our clients. We have different packages to choose from, all depending on how many sessions you want, remember each session runs up to 15 minutes.
Our normal support fee starts at R535 per session but when you purchase a Remote Support bundle, you can end up paying just R300 per month for up to 5 sessions.
If you require more than 5 sessions, there are other packages and if you run out of sessions you can either upgrade to the next bundle or pay a reduced fee per session. This support is limited to Remote Access using Team Viewer © and includes session fees for the bundled sessions per month. It excludes training, perating functions and SARS preparations/submissions.
Training and seminars are held at all major centres and on-site consulting is available on request.
