Training provides the skills to use our products to their fullest, avoiding the frustration and time consuming or unnecessary tasks.

We love to train people. Our trainers will put you at ease and teach you relevant skills that will take the "scariness" out of computers. With your newly acquired knowledge you will have the confidence to process your payroll and have fun doing it in future.

Payslip offers classroom training in our branches where you are supplied with a pc and a trainer guides you through the structured course material. The classes are kept small so that it can be held at your pace. The advantage is that you are away from the interruptions that invariably happen if training was held in your office. You are free to relax and focus on the course.These courses are very popular and are great fun! On completion of the course you can select to write the examination and receive a certificate (This is not compulsory).

Our consultants are also available at your request to hold training in your office, on your computer using your relevant data. The course outline is still adhered to but it is an intensive one on one training session, also with the option of writing the examination. If all else fails and you cannot spare the time, we will gladly come out and show you whatever you need specific training on, regardless of the type of software.

We offer various courses ranging from:

Version 11:

• Basic Operator's course, that covers the day to day processing of payrolls on Payslip Version 11. 
• Advanced Operator's course, that covers how to install software, setup earnings/deductions, report writing, extract to Word, Excel, how to backup to CD, General ledger interfaces, passwords, extended loans and much more.

 PayMini/Lite/Power:

• Get up and Go course, that is a half day introduction to get you started on basic payroll processing elements only.This is for those that aren't fussed about the nice to have options and want to know the essentials of the payroll module.
• Human Resources Module, from recruitment and selection to letterwriting, disciplinary, budgets, performance and more.
• Payroll Module, for all elements of payroll processing
• Supervisor's Course, for administrator's responsible for security, backups, audits, installations and maintenance.
• Manager's Course, how to setup checks and controls in payroll and to ensure systems are being processed correctly.
• Dealer training, an intensive 5 day course on all our programs for authorised resellers.
